  • Coat must be in good condition and regularly groomed

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking

  • Cancellations within 14 days incur a £35 fee

  • No refunds within 48 hours of the course date

  • By booking a place on a Groomyz Master Class course, you confirm that you have read and agree to the course requirements, disclosure, and terms and conditions. A signed copy of the GROOMYZ Master Class Courses Disclosure, Terms and Conditions Form (Bath and Tidy or Groom Your Own Dog) must be presented on arrival.
